My mate Chris Jones was obsessed with the Smurfs when I was a kid. He had loads of the figures and used to talk in their weird squeaky voice – odd chap.
Personally, I never found Smurfette all that alluring myself, but for some boys she was second only to Miss Piggy! God, boys are strange.
